                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2,
                   CONTRACT 37C, CITICO PUMPING STATION, WITH
                   T&B SCOTTDALE CONTRACTORS, INC., TO INCREASE
                   THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN
                   THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($7,282.00) FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT
                   AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED
                   THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED
                   EIGHTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($3,733,886.00) AND TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT
                   TIME BY EIGHTEEN (18) CALENDAR DAYS CHANGING
                   THE COMPLETION DATE TO JUNE 3, 1991.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 2, Contract 37C, Citico Pumping Station, with 
T&B
       Scottdale Contractors, Inc., to increase the contract in the
       amount of $7,282.00 for a total contract amount of $3,733,886.00, 

       and to increase the contract time by 18 calendar days changing 
the
       completion date to June 3, 1991.
